VegaMind has four plans: Starter is free forever (250 responses/month), Essential is $15/month Early Adopter rate (1,000 responses, custom branding), Professional is $49/month with a 14-day free trial (10,000 responses, branding removed, CRM sync, workflow builder), and Enterprise has custom pricing for volume deployments.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is completely free — it includes 250 responses per month, automatic website learning, lead capture, and conversation analytics. No credit card required. The 250-response cap resets monthly; once you hit it the bot pauses and you'll be prompted to upgrade.

How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you start the Professional plan ($49/month), the first 14 days are completely free — no credit card needed. You get full access to CRM sync, email sequences, calendar booking, and the workflow builder. After 14 days you can continue at $49/month or cancel with no charge.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All paid plans are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. If you cancel during the 14-day trial you will never be charged.
